Reserves
Most reserve materials are to be used only in the Library and are checked out for two hours.

Materials on “Overnight Reserve” may be checked out within an hour of closing.

Reserve lists should be submitted at least seven days before classes are told that the materials are on reserve. All reserve lists are processed in order of receipt. Please submit lists as early as possible to ensure provision of these materials to students.

Reserve materials will be removed from Reserve at the end of each semester. Personal copies of books or media will be returned to your department secretary by campus mail after exams are over unless you pick them up in person.

The Library cannot be responsible for replacing lost personal copies of books or articles, although every effort will be made to see that this does not occur.

Overdues
Items not returned by the end of the semester may result in a hold or lost material charge placed on the student account.

Lost Material
Borrowers may be charged a minimum of $100.00 for lost material.
