To narrow down your search to physical books heald at NGU, enter your topic into the search box. Once your search results come up, select "held by library" and "books" in the filters on the left-hand side of the screen in Primo and then hit the "Apply Filters" button.
We have thousands of eBooks available at NGU! Below are links to some of our eBook collections. You can also find eBooks using filters in Primo. To do this, enter your topic into the Primo search box. Once your results come up, select the filters "Available Online" and "Books" on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you've selected those filters, hit the "Apply Filters" button.
Can't find what you need at NGU? We have other options as well!
NGU shares a catalog system with nearly every other academic library in the state of SC. This means that you can check out books from all of these schools as well. You can go to the schools in person and check out books using your NGU student ID, but you can also have the books delivered to campus free of charge. To do this, make sure you are signed into Primo using your NGU credentials. Next, enter your search topic into the search box in Primo. In the drop-down menu under the search box select, "Other PASCAL Libraries". Once you find a book you are interested in, click on the book to bring up more information. On this page, there will be a blue button that reads, "Request via PASCAL Delivers". When you click on this button, a pre-filled form will pop up and you just need to submit it. Once the book comes in, you will receive notice that your book is available for pick-up. To pick up the book, just go to the circulation desk.
If you can't find a book or article you need through our library or PASCAL Delivers, another option available to you is Interlibrary Loan. Fill out the form linked below and one of our librarians will do everything we can to try and get the resource for you. Unlike PASCAL Delivers, this service may require a fee.
As a student of North Greenville University, you can use your NGU address to get a public library card. With this card, you have access to all of the books and databases available through the Greenville County Library System.
