NGU's Hester Memorial Library is a member of PASCAL (Partnership Among South Carolina Library). PASCAL equips academic libraries across the state with the essential resources and support they need to drive student success and academic excellence. Providing mission-critical technology, core e-resources, statewide rapid resource-sharing services, and more, we empower institutions to deliver top-quality education while fostering collaboration and innovation. Serving over 237,000 students at 55 colleges and universities, PASCAL ensures that every South Carolina student and faculty member has access to high-quality academic content— at a dramatically lower cost than individual libraries could achieve on their own.

About PASCAL Delivers

PASCAL Delivers is a rapid delivery service provided by the Partnership Among South Carolina Academic Libraries which enables students, faculty and staff across the state to request and receive materials from participating academic libraries in South Carolina. The service is comprised of two distinct parts: PASCAL Delivers Print and PASCAL Delivers Digital.

PASCAL Delivers Print provides access to over 12 million items and requests usually arrive within a few days!

PASCAL Delivers Digital is a developing service which leverages the PASCAL Delivers Print agreement to enable students, faculty, and staff to request and receive digital copies of articles and chapters, and to request and download e-books from other academic libraries in South Carolina.
